In letters exchanged among the sisters, Rosa's health issues that developed with the birth of her only child, were discussed.
The letter states "three days after she was taken childbirth insanity. She was in the hospital for six weeks but could not help her." After this was when she was sent to Woodmere. I have found she lived there the rest of her life. She died at the Evansville State Hospital, her remains were cremeated. I have not found her final resting place.
