Alexander, Homer
June 2, 1877 Boonville Enquirer
Mr. Homer Alexander died at his residence in this place, last Friday, after a brief illness of pneumonia. He was well known to the citizens of this and adjoining counties as an upright and worthy citizen, and more especially of the Twenty Fifth Regiment, of which he was a member. He leaves a wife and two children to mourn his untimely loss.

At a meeting held May 30th, at night, in the Court House, for the
purpose of organizing a permanent society, to be known and called,
Soldiers Union, of Warrick county. . . And now we the undersigned
comrades in the late war, do call, appoint and invite all the Soldiers
Boys of Warrick county to meet. . .
