Spradley, Andrew B. Last Will and Testament

In the name of the benevolent Father of all, I Andrew B. Spradley, in the county of Warrick in the State of Indiana, do make and publish this my last will and testament. I give to my beloved wife in lieu of her interest in my land all omy Real estate situated in Warrick Co. and State aforesaid during her natural life and all my personal property money on hand, if any, choses in action, etc. to have the proceeds of the Real Estate and to dispose of the personal property at will as she may choose. At the death of my said wife, the real estate and personal property if any remaining I give and devise to be equally divided among my five sons and two daughters viz. William G., Larkin Z., Andrew B., Tab A., Basil B. Spradley and Lucy A Sanford and Margaret Powers, and their descendants. 2. I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife aforesaid Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering her to compromise adjust release and discharge in such manner as she may deem proper the debts and claims due me without giving any security whatever. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of Mar. in the year 1874
