Submitted by Tamara Kincaide
JOHN CUTTERIDGE came to Warrick by 1850 from Cambridgeshire England.
His life's work was operating the town livery and feed stables. He was
the first proprietor in the town to do this business and is listed in
the historical atlas of Warrick as one of the first business references.
He and wife REBECCA had a family that included five children. Its
reported that brother OLIVER Cutteridge and wife SUSAN came to the
county also and made Newburgh their home for many years John died in
1906 and is interred in Rose Hill along side his wife REBECCA who passed
in 1899.
