James Phillips Cemetery

This Deed in recorded in Deed Book 45 Page 260 of the office of the Recorder of said County as follows:

Joshua I. Hunt and Agness Hunt, his wife, convey and warrant to Joshua Hart, Benjamin Clark and Lewis E. Phillips, Trustees and their successors in office of Warrick County in the State of Indiana for the sum of $20.00 the following real estate in Warrick County in the State of Indiana to wit: Commencing 26 rods south of NE corner of the NE quarter of the NW quarter of section 4, township 4 south, range 6 west, thence west 20 rods, thence south 80 rods, thence east 20 rods, thence north 80 rods to place of beginning to be used for a burying ground Known as the James Phillips Grave Yard.
